Cancellation Policy

Cancellations up to seven days before the booked date will incur no charges. Within 7 days will incur 50% charge of the room tariff if the room cannot be re-let. Within 3 days 100% of the rate for the booking will be charged if the room is not re-let. Seasonal Changes to the cancellation Policy apply to all bookings, between December 20th and March 20th up to One month prior to the booked date will incur a 50% charge and within Two weeks of the booked date 100% of the total charge of the room tariff if the room cannot be re-let.
